School ERP provides cloud-based school management software ("Service") to educational institutes ("Institute") on a subscription basis.
The Institute is responsible for the accuracy of the information it provides, for all user accounts it creates, and for keeping login credentials confidential.
Subscriptions are billed per institute in advance for each billing period at the published price. Applicable taxes (GST) are shown at checkout. If payment is not received by the due date, the Institute enters a grace period. After the grace period, access may be suspended until payment is received.
Online payments by parents are processed by Razorpay. Gateway charges, settlement timelines and refunds to payers are governed by Razorpay's terms. The Institute is responsible for its own fee policies and refund decisions.
The Institute owns the data it enters. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. On request after termination, the Institute may export its data within a reasonable period.
The Service must not be used for unlawful purposes, to upload malicious content, or to try to access other institutes' data.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months before the claim.
We may update these terms and will notify Institutes of material changes in advance.
