We process the information that institutes enter about themselves, their staff, students and guardians. This includes contact details, academic records, attendance, fee and payroll records. We also collect account and usage information needed to run the Service securely.
When location-based attendance is enabled, the browser asks for permission to share the device's location only at the moment attendance is marked. The coordinates are used to check distance from the campus and are stored with the attendance record. We do not track location in the background.
Card, UPI and net-banking details are entered directly with Razorpay. We never receive or store card numbers or CVV. We store only transaction references and payment status.
Each institute's data is isolated from other institutes. Within an institute, access is limited by user role. Parents can see only the children linked to their account.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access control, private storage for documents and audit logs for sensitive changes.
Institutes may request correction, export or deletion of their data, subject to legal retention requirements for financial records. Individuals should contact their institute first.
